The Documentary Archives
are stored in an “access limited” archives style of documentation structure.

The Media Archives are
in a more regular more regular style website for public access.
Media Drop Down menus with
selections to choose from – ie: History, Churches, Camps, Colleges, Ministries,
Missions, Sermons, etc. Selection then takes us to a webpage about that church,
ministry, etc.
The Media
Drop Down menu takes the user to a page that uses an SQL Database to access all
sermons, music (EBC, Stayner Camp), Photo Galleries, Videos, etc.
The Database
also includes archive information such as; Master Reference Number, Source,
Date Archives, staff name, Location of Original item, Location o Digital
Copies, other?
Digital Copies
should be – 1. Online Cloud Backup, 2. HDD copy in Archive Storage, 3. HDD in
Third Location at TBD but not a home.
